With over 25 years of experience navigating the highs and lows of artistic life—while juggling roles in education, IT, and the creative industries—Teilo brings a refreshingly honest and practical approach to creative recovery.
He’s exhibited work across Wales, contributed to national arts projects, and completed a year-long daily drawing challenge. His coaching platform, Awen365, is built on the belief that creativity doesn’t need gatekeepers—and that small, consistent steps can lead to big shifts.
